There are no major breaking changes in this update: https://github.com/pybind/pybind11/releases/tag/v3.0.0 I only ran into a new deprecation warning that I fixed.
There are some improvements around smart pointers and scalar numpy arrays which we may want to use in follow up PRs.
This also fixes #3807 even though that seems to be caused by a change in NumPy.
