Deprecate `prettier` pre-commit hook

The `prettier` pre-commit hook has been [deprecated](https://github.com/pre-commit/pre-commit.com/pull/953) and the [repo](https://github.com/pre-commit/mirrors-prettier) has been archived since `prettier` made some breaking changes.
