Clean-up the buildsite process:

• No python code is execed anymore.
• No print statements, only log statements.
• Added pretty printer for the buildsite file to minimise noise.
• Moved logging statements into factory methods.
• Use factory methods to create singleton objects.
• Clean-up unit-test to not warn when missing file, instead disable itself.
