In fact Yandex joined later, involving a round of lawyering amongst the earlier three initial founders. I don't have the dates handy and probably nobody will care about the ancient history! |

The schema.org WebSite annotations now describes the list of founding organizations, now that Organizations can be founders, also added a link to the publishing principle of the project.
