[2.x] Make dependencyLock file pretty

## Steps

Using sbt 2.0.0-RC9

```bash
> dependencyLock
```

## Problem

The generated lock file is one-line JSON, which is difficult to review.

## Expectation

Output pretty-printed JSON.
