Description
When creating a custom profile in the "New Key Pair" window with specific algorithms (e.g., ECC Brainpool P512 for primary and subkey), the profile saves successfully during the session but does not persist after quitting and reopening the application.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open GpgFrontend and click on the "New Key Pair" button.
- Create a new custom profile by selecting algorithms such as ECC Brainpool P512 for the primary key and subkey.
- Save the profile.
- Quit the application.
- Reopen GpgFrontend and check the "Generate Key" menu for the saved profile.
Expected Behavior:
The custom profile should remain available in the "Generate Key" menu after restarting the application.
Actual Behavior:
The custom profile is not listed or accessible after restarting; it appears to be lost.
Environment:
GpgFrontend: GpgFrontend-2.1.9-linux-x86_64.AppImage
Operating System: Fedora 42 XFCE
I've tried this multiple times and on multiple fedora systems with the same result.
