Summary

  • Add logger to display "Fetching latest model pricing from LiteLLM..." message when fetching pricing data
  • Matches behaviour of other apps (ccusage, codex, amp)

Test plan

  • pnpm run format passes
  • pnpm typecheck passes
  • pnpm run test passes in apps/opencode
