docs: add deprecation warning for blocks --live monitor
Add deprecation notices to both the live monitoring guide and blocks reports documentation informing users that `blocks --live` is deprecated and will be removed in a future version, recommending the statusline command as the replacement. This follows the deprecation warning added to the CLI in the previous PR.
