Describe the bug
After creating a new user and giving it readwrite permission, it is possible to create buckets, but they are not shown on the web ui. They are created and can be used, I confirmed with the root account.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new user with read write permission
2. Log in as the new user and create a bucket (Create success is shown on top in web ui)
3. Click refresh in web ui, but buckets are not shown. They can be used with the created user via API etc, but not visible in web ui

Expected behavior
See the new created buckets in the web ui
