Describe the bug
第一步 通过 cmd 命令 rustfs.exe ./ 启动进程
第二步 登录系统找到用户选项 添加一个用户
第三步 通过cmd命令 ctrl+C 终止 rustfs.exe 进程
第四步 通过 cmd 命令 rustfs.exe ./ 启动进程 登录系统后用户消失

Step 1: Start the process by executing the command "rustfs.exe ./ " through the cmd
Step 2: Log in to the system, find the user option, and add a user
Step 3: Use the cmd command "ctrl+C" to terminate the rustfs.exe process
Step 4: Start the process by executing the command "rustfs.exe ./ " through the cmd prompt. After logging into the system, the user disappears
