@newpavlov these appear to be the recommended permissions (e.g. see actions/deploy-pages#28).
I also added an environment (https://docs.github.com/en/actions/deployment/targeting-different-environments/using-environments-for-deployment). I don't see the need for a separate 'build' job.
