This adds syntex v0.42.2, which seems like an important benchmark in its own right, but it also adds a "clean incremental" version which tracks the time to rebuild when using incremental compilation (assuming no changes to the source in the meantime). This is a good "lower bound" on how much incremental helps compilation time.
(We may want to bump the version numbers of syntex that are in use over time, as well.)
