I haven't seen it fail on a PR that had all other tests pass. Today it slowed down all CI due to the number of PRs that were opened or rebased.

Right now there are 8 PRs with CI still running, 7 of them it's only Miri. A few of which last had a push 3h ago. So currently 8 of the 20 jobs are in use just with Miri.
