Nothing internal has used MessageSet since v0.5.0, and it has printed deprecation warnings and been nodoc'ed since then, too.
This has been deprecated since v0.5.0. As far as I can tell, there are no public usages of it on github. It can be fully replaced by `SequenceSet`. It's time for it to go.

This has been deprecated since v0.5.0 (see #282). As far as I can tell, there are no public usages of it on github. Any code that does use it can trivially replace it with
SequenceSet. It's time for it to go.
