feat: Homebridge power consumption integration (v1.2.0)

- Poll Homebridge config-ui-x REST API for CurrentConsumption Eve
  characteristic and merge live wattage into matching outlet device cards
- JWT token cached for ~8 h with automatic re-authentication; Homebridge
  failures are always silent and do not block Govee device display
- New config options: homebridgeUrl, homebridgeUsername, homebridgePassword,
  showPowerConsumption
- Watt value rendered on full-list items and compact cards (yellow text)
- powerConsumption field preserved across cloud-state cache refresh and
  LAN/cloud merge paths
- Bump version to 1.2.0
