Describe the bug

For const uint32_t:

Field c_int32 has unknown type const uint32_t

One interesting thing is that enums never worked, but I did not see the
const uint32_t problem in ROOT 6.24.0, it seems to be new in 6.25.1.

Could you check if something could be done there?
