- Checked for duplicates
Ninja always runs the following command, even the incremental build should be a no-op:
$ cmake --build _build -- -j 16
[1/1] Running utility command for G__TreeFormulaEvent
$ cmake --build _build -- -j 16
[1/1] Running utility command for G__TreeFormulaEvent
