"Cocoa" really isn't the main entry point for most users

Very likely they are alphabetically ordered by the group names.
Calling the groups with names starting with a number might be the solution to control the order.
But that will imply changing the name of the groups. That might be problematic as external pages are already pointing to some tutorials' groups.
