While Using Grout on Knulli, the button configuration for OK (A) and Cancel (B) may be opposite to what user may have configured / used in Knulli. Allow the user to have a swap option in General Settings to Swap A and B buttons for Ok and Cancel.

Have a toggle to allow user to swap OK (A) and Cancel (B) buttons

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not sure if these configuration from Knulli / Batocera can be picked up without adding a custom toggle within Grout
