## Summary Replace the deferred-init `String` + borrowed-`&str` pattern in `OxcRuntimePlugin::resolve_id` with `Cow<'_, str>` for both `path_in_helpers` and `final_path`. Same allocation behavior, but no more declare-then-assign placeholders — the borrow-vs-owned choice is expressed directly at each branch. ## Test plan - [x] `cargo check -p rolldown_plugin_oxc_runtime`
