fix(rolldown_watcher): take rolldown dep through the workspace#9510

The dep was declared as a direct path-only entry, so `cargo publish` refused to verify the manifest: a normal (non-dev) dep on a publishable crate must have a version requirement. Routing it through `[workspace.dependencies]` picks up the workspace version while keeping the `experimental` feature override. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <[email protected]>
