Removing the packageRules entries that disabled "/^oxc/" and "/^@oxc-project/" updates re-enables automatic Renovate bumps for OXC packages, but this repo’s OXC updates are coordinated manually (see the upgrade-oxc process noted in CHANGELOG.md) and include generated runtime helper artifacts/version coupling in crates/rolldown_plugin_oxc_runtime/src/generated/embedded_helpers.rs. Renovate cannot perform that coordinated regeneration, so this change will produce desynchronized dependency PRs (and potential bad merges) unless the shared preset now applies an equivalent exclusion.
