Changes the way how test stats are generated. **Before**: - test cases with output diffs are marked as failure by default - this was overridden by placing `bypass.md`. those cases are marked as bypass - diff.md is generated for every test case with output diffs - the reasons were written in `diff.md` & `bypass.md` **After**: - test cases with failed / notSupported / ignore reason are marked as failure / not supported / ignored - diff.md is generated only for test cases that are marked as failed so that it's easier to find out whether the test started passing - the reasons are written in `summary/*.md` - the reasons is now written in `reasons.ts`. this is because we don't generate diff.md for most test cases
