This PR removes the unused getModuleOptions method from the PluginContext interface and its implementation in PluginContextImpl. The method was likely made redundant by changes in PR #7253. Note that the similar-sounding getModuleOption (singular) method remains in PluginContextData and is actively used by other parts of the codebase.
