Enables the clippy::allow_attributes lint which encourages using #[expect] instead of #[allow] for better code hygiene. This helps catch cases where warnings are suppressed but the underlying issue has been resolved. Changes: - Enable allow_attributes lint in workspace Cargo.toml - Replace #[allow] with #[expect] where appropriate - Add exemptions with #[allow(clippy::allow_attributes)] for cases where code is conditionally used based on features or build configuration
