Preparation for #4134.
Currently
RolldownBuildin nodejs might creates mutiple binding bundlers. This abstraction isn't proper anymore. We need a ruststructthat has the same lifetime matchsRolldownBuildin nodejs, which should be the one that has the nameBindingBundler.
