- Fix bug #4: mark non-incremental watch mode cache issue as resolved (current code clears ScanStageCache when incremental is disabled) - Remove stale unresolved question about watch mode cache retention - Change "retention" to "materialization" in summary - Replace nonexistent create_incremental_bundle() with prose description
