… without any messages (#10215) I think we shouldn't implement `UNUSED_EXTERNAL_IMPORT` as a warning or an info message. I wrote the rationale in the docs in this PR. It can be implemented as a debug message, but probably that's not much useful.

I think we shouldn't implement
UNUSED_EXTERNAL_IMPORTas a warning or an info message. I wrote the rationale in the docs in this PR.It can be implemented as a debug message, but probably that's not much useful.
