I couldn't find a way to make it smaller, I hope it's still useful.

What is expected?

Things run without errors.

TypeError: __exportAll is not a function

• Disabling chunkOptimization works around the issue
• Downgrading to rc1 works around the issue
• This is a followup to [Bug]: Inlining dynamic imports broken with multiple entry points (beta.59 regression) #8027 - I don't know if it's related though.
