[Feature Request]: Show a information log to tell built-in features if a plugin covered by built-in features are used #3977

What problem does this feature solve?
For example, rolldown supports inject feature. This is performant than passing @rollup/plugin-inject to plugins option. But the user may not know about it. It would be great if rolldown can show a log that tells users that the built-in feature exists.
What does the proposed API look like?
N/A (just a log)
