Description of the change

Adds the ability to change what endpoint is the Rollbar Apple SDK pointing to directly from the Swift Demo's UI.

This is very useful when sending occurrences to non-production servers, the specific case that prompted this change was testing symbolication in our new Apple Workers using our new in-house tools. Since the Demo offers a quick way to have an application that sends occurrences together with the appropriate source maps to be uploaded to Rollbar.

The Demo is distributed through TestFlight and is available on macOS and Apple devices.
