Exact documentation of csv file parameters type is missing

- [ ] Document the syntax of the different types for parameters in csv files in the docs.
- [ ] Document how to define a list (one can use any of the CSV_SEPARATORS to separate elements, the list needs to be in `[]`, if the separator of the list is the same as the csv file's separtor, the list needs to be surrounded by an extra `""`
