  • Use one process-wide Tokio runtime with bounded, thread-affine V8 executors and coalesced per-VM readiness wakes.
  • Add Node-style socket backpressure, serialized writes, asynchronous listener teardown, and generation-safe direct bridge responses across the migrated runtime surfaces.
  • Preserve but disable browser support during migration, and add architecture, ACP pressure, ecosystem-server, lifecycle, accounting, and fairness coverage.
