Description
This PR introduces the ability for users to opt-out of persistent file logging. It adds a
--no-logflag to disable logging via the CLI and introduces environment variable support viaSYSTEMCTL_TUI_NO_LOG. Setting this variable to true disables logging globally without requiring the CLI flag.Closes #42
