Directory listing with NFS temporary files in cipher directory #431

Hi,
NFS-related temporary files in the cipher directory like .nfsXXX... seem to prevent directory listings with EIO. Can gocryptfs ignore those files? Thank you!

Here is the fsck output (although I suspect FF also got EIO):
fsck: corrupt entry in dir ".mozilla/firefox/wwhd9pdx.Default User/storage/default/https+++mail.google.com/idb": ".nfs00000000003868fa00000311"
fsck: error opening dir ".mozilla/firefox/wwhd9pdx.Default User/storage/default/https+++mail.google.com/idb": 5=input/output error
