Describe the bug
If we scan a website with status (taking too long to respond) humble reports "No HTTP security headers are present." instead of reporting site is not reachable.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Find a website with status: (The server at example.com is taking too long to respond.)
2. Scan with humble
3. humble will report No HTTP security headers are present. and proceeds listing all "Missing HTTP Security Headers"

Expected behavior
It should not report on headers when it cant receive a response from server.
