Passes PKG_MAKEFLAGS to dpkg-buildpackage. This, with --jobs=auto, seems to be enough to (somehow) get the debian build parallelized. The make program makes a complaint about how it is reverting to -jN behavior, instead of the usual -j1 behavior. I cannot explain the cause of this.
