This commit updates the ports in the node template generator so that it is in line with restatedev/restate#789. This fixes #14.

This commit updates the ports in the node template generator so that it is in line with restatedev/restate#789.
This fixes #14.
This PR should be merged once Restate
0.4.0is being released.
