- Recommend prek instead of pre-commit (drop-in replacement with more active maintenance)
- Use prek github action to run linting in CI
- Add python 3.14-rc2 to pre-deploy test matrix
- Remove test-reports dir with nox -e clean
- Serve sphinx-autobuild docs on 0.0.0.0 (instead of default 127.0.0.1) with nox -e livedocs
