Cherry-picked from openclaw/openclaw@e5c06dd64. Adds `toolCompat` field to `ModelProviderConfig` type for Anthropic tool payload normalization. Gutted files discarded (models-config.providers.ts, pi-embedded-runner files — deleted in fork).
