Allow a references table to be shown in the editor area. The table view should list a (simple) table with the references.

• Create new file type to open references component in the editor area
• Create a simple table view component that shows references

The action to open the new UI should exist in the:

• references sidebar (icon in the panel)
• footer item
• menu action (References -> Open), with keyboard shortcut Cmd+R
