I would hope it fixes #8081, since they are opened by the same person. I wouldn't expect this behavior by default though. I would expect the user to create the directory they are placing the unix socket in. If a user has a typo, we might create a random directory structure. Most linux systems require explicit requests to create the directory structure.

thanks for your replys @madolson @itamarhaber for @madolson comment it is good that i say in some situation we want to run our application on clean vmware or in docker machine. we faced with this error some times because other user for some reason delete directory and we do not know this action. We thought this is good response to check socket directory. what is your idea? |

when we want to run redis server on system,it is possible that system does not have any directory for /var/run/redis
for this reason we add some code to check if we do not have this directory, created this directory with given permission, rerecursively
