Describe the bug

RDM version 2020.2.225 for Windows downloaded and installed on Windows Server 2019. After launching it an error is shown: "Library VCRUNTIME140_1.dll cannot be found". After copying the vcruntime140.dll to vcruntime140_1.dll other library-internal errors are shown.

To reproduce

Install 2020.2.225 on Windows Server 2019.

Note: version 2020.2.225 installed on Windows 10 1909 launched properly.

Expected behavior

Launching with claiming missing libraries.

Additional information

First I updated an RDM version 2020.1 - this error was shown. Then I uninstalled RDM via the Windows app setting. Then I installed version 2020.2.225 again - same error.
