Update packages/redis/README.md with latest from root README.md
Currently the npm redis package shows an old readme because it is pulling the packages/redis/README.md instead of the more up-to-date root monorepo README.md.
packages/redis/README.md is now a copy of the root monorepo README.md with the relative links fixed
