We draw the charts in 'screen shot mode' so puppeteer can draw them properly but a lot of the time the legend gets drawn off the area (see PDF attached). If going into 'screen shot mode' from browser elements appear correctly. (Some further info, if I put a setTimeout in the onAnamiationEnd the legend seems to draw properly but the chart lines draw on tip of the X-axis).

We also use the onAnimationEnd to signal that the chart has finished drawing.
