What is the current behavior?

Currently recharts still adds a padding to sector with 0 value, which causes a double padding/spacing.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.

What is the expected behavior?

The padding/spacing between all sector should be the same.

Which versions of Recharts, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of Recharts?
