Builds on top of #409 and #412. The idea is to list some project highlights near the top of the README and then add the same section to our website so people get a quick overview about some of the project highlights and why ReactPHP is awesome! 🎉

Not sure, but this looks superfluous.

* **Highly recommends latest version of PHP 7+** for best performance and support.
* **Supports legacy PHP 5.3+ and HHVM** for maximum compatibility.
* **Well designed** and **reusable components**.
* **Decouple parts** so they can be replaced by alternate implementations.
