On the RCSB Search page under "Structure Similarity", select "File Upload" under the dropdown menu, and then upload one of the two attached files (I had to add .txt to the filename to get them into github, you may need to rename the files).
These files were produced by the gemmi package, and this issue was cross-posted here. They both started with the MMCIF file from "1PPT", but took different routes to making the output file. One of the files works, the other fails. We get a message about a syntax error, but near as I can tell both are valid MMCIF files.
