[BUG]: Windows 11: RPI Imager, v 2.0.10 on ejecting Card Reader, also deletes drive letter of Card Reader #1665

Description

@abcd567a

What happened?

RPi Imager ver 2.0.10 on Windows 11
On completion of write process, the Imager ejects the cardreader/microSD card. So fa so good. But when next time a card reader is inserted into USB slot of Windows 11 PC, the card reader is NOT shown in Explorer. I hav to press Win Key + X and on popup menue click "Disk Management". This opens disk management window which sows all disks, including microSD card+Card reader, but as Disk 1, without a Drive letter. I then have to right click on Disk 1, and choose "Change drive letter and path" and another window opens which shows an available Drive letter. I select the available drive letter and press Enter Key, and drive letter is assigned to Card Reader / microSD card, and it starts showing in Explorer.

I have to repeat this process everytime I write RPiOS to microSD card, and I am tired and edup with this bug.
