This PR adds a complete Persian (فارسی) language translation for Windhawk by introducing a new fa.yml file with 426 lines of translated content based on the latest English version.

The email placeholder "[email protected]" should be replaced with the actual translator's email address or contact information. Looking at other translations like Arabic (ar.yml line 271), they use the actual translator's email. Consider updating this to reflect the real translator's contact information.

The translator name "کاربران جامعه متنباز" (Open Source Community Users) is generic. Consider updating this to include the actual name(s) of the translator(s) who contributed this Persian translation, similar to how other translations credit specific individuals.

fa.yml) for Windhawk based on the latesten.ymlfile.Please let me know if any changes or improvements are needed.
